Payment Policy
Program Investment: The Premier Business Incubator Program is a high-value, 6-month commitment. Total investment costs will be outlined upon enrollment, with flexible payment options available.
Payment Schedule: Payments may be made in full or through a structured payment plan. If selecting a payment plan, payments are scheduled monthly. All payments are processed automatically through our secure payment system on the due date agreed upon during enrollment.
Payment Method: We accept major credit/debit cards for all transactions, processed securely via Stripe. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate funds are available on the scheduled payment date.
Late Payments: Payments not received within three days of the due date will incur a 5% late fee per week. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, program access may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the program. This deposit amount is applied to the total program cost and deducted from the final balance.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
No Refund: Due to the nature of this intensive program and the resources allocated upon enrollment, all payments made toward the Premier Business Incubator Program are non-refundable. This policy applies to the initial deposit, monthly payments, and full payments.
Credit Transfer Option: In special cases, clients unable to complete the program due to extenuating circumstances may be eligible to apply their remaining balance as a credit toward future programs or services offered by Tracie Collins. Such credit is provided at the discretion of Tracie Collins and is subject to program availability.
Termination of Program Access: Failure to meet the agreed-upon payment schedule may result in the suspension or termination of program access. Clients are still responsible for any outstanding balance according to the original agreement.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that the program must be canceled by Tracie Collins for unforeseen reasons, clients will receive a full refund for the remaining, unused portion of the program fees.
